This Week’s Schedule through break

Swim Schedule Dec 17-Jan 2:

  • Dec 17-20: 3-5:30
  • Friday Dec 21: 1:30-3  (I will be putting the workout up and when the kids get out of class and can get down to the pool, they can get in and get going, we will be finished by 3pm)
  • Dec 22-27:  No Practice per KSHSAA Rules (highly recommended that they get in at least a couple of times to keep in shape)
  • Dec 28-29: 7-9:30
  • Dec 31: 7-9:30
  • Jan 1: No Practice
  • Jan 2-5: 7-9:30 

Dive Schedule:

  • Dec 18-19: 3:00-5:00pm
  • Dec 20: 6:50-8:15am
  • Dec 21: 6:00-7:20am 
  • Dec 22-27: NO PRACTICE
  • Dec 28-28: 9:00-11:00am
  • Dec 31: 9:00-11:00am
  • Jan 1: NO PRACTICE
  • Jan 2: 9:00-11:00am
  • Jan 3: 3:00-5:00 pm
  • Jan 4-5: 9:00-11:00am

Practice Schedule and Announcements for 12/3/18 – 12/9/18

First home meet of the season on Thursday, and the annual Olathe Swim & Dive Invitational on Friday makes for an exciting week. Looking ahead, we have the SM District Meet next Saturday — the last meet until after Winter Break.

Swimmers

  • Monday 12/3 – Green Group 3:00-4:45, Gold Group 3:00-5:30pm
  • Tuesday 12/4 – Green Group 3:00-4:45, Gold Group 3:00-5:30pm
  • Wednesday 12/5 – Green Group 3:00-4:45, Gold Group 3:00-5:30pm
  • Thursday 12/6 – Varsity/JV Swim & Dive Meet vs SM West @ SM South. 4pm.
  • Friday 12/7 – Varsity Meet – Olathe Invitational. Meet starts at 5:00pm. Swimmers will be excused from class at 2pm and the team bus will depart SMS shortly thereafter. All participants must ride the bus back to school after the meet. Diving @ Prairie Trail MS, Swimming @ Summit Trail MS. Entries will be announced to the team on Tuesday. There are entry time and number of entries limits due to the size of the meet. $7 Adults, $5 Students. Cash only.
  • Saturday 12/8 – No Practice

Divers

  • Monday 12/3 – 3:00-4:30pm
  • Tuesday 12/4 – 3:00-4:30pm
  • Wednesday 12/5 – 3:00-4:30pm
  • Thursday 12/6 – No morning practice. Varsity/JV Swim & Dive Meet vs SM West @ SM South. 4pm.
  • Friday 12/7 – No morning practice. Varsity Meet – Olathe Invitational. Meet starts at 5:00pm. Divers will be excused at 2pm and will take a van to the meet. They must return to SMS in the van afterwards. Diving @ Prairie Trail MS, Swimming @ Summit Trail MS. Entries will be announced to the team on Tuesday. There are entry time and number of entries limits due to the size of the meet. $7 Adults, $5 Students. Cash only.
